Welcome to FlyFinder. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of flyfinder.pro (the "Service"), operated by FlyFinder LLC ("FlyFinder," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What FlyFinder Is

FlyFinder is a discovery platform that helps pilots find general aviation aircraft rental listings from independent flight schools, flying clubs, and FBOs. FlyFinder does not own, operate, or rent aircraft, and does not facilitate bookings or transactions. Any rental arrangement is strictly between you and the listed school or club — always contact them directly to confirm current rates, availability, and requirements before making plans.

Accuracy of Listings

We work to keep listing information current and display a verification badge showing how recently a rate was confirmed. However, rates, availability, and other details can change without notice, and FlyFinder does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing. Always verify details directly with the school or club before relying on them.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your plan) through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; submit false or misleading rate corrections or other content; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service; scrape or harvest data from the Service without our written permission; or impersonate any person or entity.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FlyFinder is not responsible for the conduct, services, or representations of any flight school, club, or FBO listed on the Service, or for any transaction, rental, or flight arranged as a result of information found on FlyFinder.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlyFinder and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
