FlyFinder ("FlyFinder," "we," "us," or "our") operates flyfinder.pro (the "Service"), a general aviation aircraft rental discovery platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely by our authentication provider — we never see or store your raw password).

Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number or other sensitive payment details — Stripe handles that directly, and we only retain a reference to your Stripe customer record and your subscription status.

Content you submit. If you submit a rate correction ("Rate Wrong?"), save a listing as a favorite, or set a price alert, we store that information to provide the feature.

Usage information. We may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to help us operate and improve the Service.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the Service; process subscription payments and manage your account; respond to support requests; improve and secure the Service; and send you service-related communications (such as account confirmation, password reset, and billing emails).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers that help us run FlyFinder — including our hosting/database provider (Supabase) and our payment processor (Stripe) — solely to the extent necessary for them to perform their services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FlyFinder, our users, or others.

FlyFinder is a discovery platform only. We do not facilitate bookings or transactions between you and any flight school or aircraft owner, and we do not share your personal information with listed schools unless you choose to contact them directly.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@flyfinder.pro.

Your Choices

You can review and update your account information at any time from your account settings. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

FlyFinder is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
